1) Refund Eligibility:
• Requests for refunds must be made within 24 hours of receiving your numerology report.
• Refunds are applicable only for the following reasons:
• Expectations Not Met: Please write to us at reports.team@astrovedansh.com, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction.
• Duplicate Purchase
• Delayed Delivery
• To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase.
2) Refund Process:
• Once we receive your refund request, we will evaluate it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
